Letters of Agency. Customer shall be responsible for providing PhoneAmerica with letters of agency (“LOA”), compliant with state and federal slamming rules and regulations and satisfactory in both form and content to PhoneAmerica, from Customer’s end users authorizing the applicable Service(s). Customer acknowledges that service will not be ported or activated unless and until said LOAs are received by PhoneAmerica.
Letters of Agency. Network has made available to IXC true and complete copies of all customer letters of agencies ("LOAs") as of September 30, 1997. To Network's knowledge, after diligent scrutiny as required by law, all such LOAs were obtained in accordance with applicable law and were valid of such date.

Customer shall be responsible for providing MIVOICE ONE, LLC with letters of agency (“LOA”), compliant with state and federal slamming rules and regulations and satisfactory in both form and content to MIVOICE ONE, LLC, from Customer’s end users authorizing the applicable Service(s). Customer acknowledges that service will not be ported or activated unless and until said LOAs are received by MIVOICE ONE, LLC.

Customer shall be responsible for providing ITech with letters of agency (“LOA”), compliant with state and federal slamming rules and regulations and satisfactory in both form and content to ITech, from Customer’s end users authorizing the applicable Service(s). Customer acknowledges that service will not be ported or activated unless and until said LOAs are received by ITech.
Letters of Agency. (a) The Company has obtained a valid LOA, PIC Change Authorization or TPV from each end user whose automatic number identification the Company services.
