Letters of Agency. Customer shall be responsible for providing PhoneAmerica with letters of agency (“LOA”), compliant with state and federal slamming rules and regulations and satisfactory in both form and content to PhoneAmerica, from Customer’s end users authorizing the applicable Service(s). Customer acknowledges that service will not be ported or activated unless and until said LOAs are received by PhoneAmerica.
Letters of Agency. Network has made available to IXC true and complete copies of all customer letters of agencies ("LOAs") as of September 30, 1997. To Network's knowledge, after diligent scrutiny as required by law, all such LOAs were obtained in accordance with applicable law and were valid of such date.
Letters of Agency. (a) The Company has obtained a valid LOA, PIC Change Authorization or TPV from each end user whose automatic number identification the Company services.
(b) All LOAs, PIC Change Authorizations and TPVs of the Company as of the date hereof were obtained in accordance with applicable law and were valid as of such date. No LOA, PIC Change Authorization or TPV is carrier-specific.
Letters of Agency. 7.1 Customer will obtain a valid and acceptable letter of agency ("LOA") from each End User whose ANI Customer submits to WorldCom.
7.2 Customer is entirely responsible for the validity of each LOA that it submits as well as for the correctness of the information that is contained in such LOA. Customer understands that any inaccuracies in such information may result in lengthy delays in the activation of the subject ANI.
7.3 Customer will notify each End User that WorldCom is the primary interexchange carrier that is providing Services to Customer.
Letters of Agency. AGENT shall provide to TPT, with each order, a written letter of agency or similar authorization ("LOA") which complies with all applicable local, state and federal regulations and which directly authorizes TPT to provide services to the Customer. As to each LOA submitted to TPT, AGENT represents and warrants that such LOA is valid, authentic and effective and AGENT agrees to and shall indemnify and hold harmless TPT from and against all claims, fines, penalties and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) asserted or levied against TPT by any person, firm, corporation or regulatory agency arising from or related to the invalidity or alleged invalidity of such LOA or the contention that such LOA was superseded by a more recent LOA. In the event TPT determines that a LOA in favor of someone else other than AGENT is to be given effect and honored, AGENT shall have no further claim against TPT for Commissions or other compensation in connection with Services to the Customer covered by such LOA.

Customer acknowledges that service will not be ported or activated unless and until said LOAs are received by All-Mode.
Letters of Agency. Customer shall be responsible for providing CCCS with letters of agency (“LOA”), compliant with state and federal slamming rules and regulations and satisfactory in both form and content to CCCS, from Customer’s end users authorizing the applicable Service(s). Customer acknowledges that service will not be ported or activated unless and until said LOAs are received by CCCS.
Letters of Agency. Customer shall be responsible for providing Choice 1 Communications, Inc with letters of agency (“LOA”), compliant with state and federal slamming rules and regulations and satisfactory in both form and content to Choice 1 Communications, Inc, from Customer’s end users authorizing the applicable Service(s). Customer acknowledges that service will not be ported or activated unless and until said LOAs are received by Choice 1 Communications, Inc.
Letters of Agency. Customer shall be responsible for providing Emcom with letters of agency (“LOA”), compliant with state and federal slamming rules and regulations and satisfactory in both form and content to Emcom, from Customer’s end users authorizing the applicable Service(s). Customer acknowledges that service will not be ported or activated unless and until said LOAs are received by Emcom.
Letters of Agency. Customer shall be responsible for providing ITech with letters of agency (“LOA”), compliant with state and federal slamming rules and regulations and satisfactory in both form and content to ITech, from Customer’s end users authorizing the applicable Service(s).
