Letters of Discipline. 28.01 Every employee shall have access to their personnel file for the purpose of reviewing evaluations, discipline, and counselling letters. The request to review a file shall be made to the Personnel Department and the employee shall be granted access to the file within a reasonable period of time in the presence of a member of management. An employee is entitled to have the assistance of a Union Xxxxxxx when reviewing the file.
