Common use of Letters of Permission Clause in Contracts

Letters of Permission. a. Teachers holding Letters of Permission whose years of preparation can be equated to years of university training shall be placed in the category equivalent to the number of their years of university training. b. Teachers holding Letters of Permission whose years of preparation cannot be equated to years of university training shall receive a salary determined by the Superintendent; such salary shall not exceed Category 4 of this Agreement.
