Level 2 Panel Reporting. At such time as the Panel makes a de- 11 cision, the Director of Human Resources and Association Presi- 12 dent shall be informed by the full panel of said decision. Within 13 five (5) days, the District shall deliver to the Association a writ- 14 ten response to the Level 2 findings.
