Split Assignments. Full time elementary professional employees assigned to more than one building shall be assigned no more sections or classes than full time professional employees in the same department, at the same building, whose assignments are not split.
Split Assignments. Any unit member who has a split assignment between the two (2) college campuses shall conduct office hours at each campus in proportion to their Load at each campus. Notice of office hours and their location shall be posted outside each office and filed with the appropriate Administrator. Office hours shall be stated in the class Syllabus.
Split Assignments. Split assignments may be implemented according to Sections 1 or 2 of this article, but in no case shall an assignment be made to more than two sites as a part of the regular work day.
14.4.1 Teachers on split assignment shall be afforded ample travel time.
14.4.2 The total assignment between the two campuses shall not exceed that of the normal five-period work day.

Split Assignments. The principal of the building where the employee is assigned the largest percentage of time will be responsible for the evaluation. In situations where percentages are equal or other arrangements need to be made, the principals involved will work with HRD to determine the designated evaluator. The designated evaluator will collaborate with the other principals with whom the employee works when facilitating the evaluation.
Split Assignments. The stipend and responsibilities for a specific co-curricular assignment may be divided between two or more people, provided that the people involved can mutually agree and the division is approved by the administrative supervisor.
Split Assignments a. A split assignment shall be defined as a work assignment in which a unit member is assigned to regularly teach at two or more schools during contract hours on the same day during the school year.
b. The District shall make a good faith effort to minimize split assignments and work with the individual unit member’s credential authorization to keep them at one site.
c. Requests for mileage reimbursement incurred when travelling between District sites as a result of a split assignment will be submitted on the district-approved monthly Travel and Expense Claim Form and reimbursed within thirty (30) days.
Split Assignments. 11 Employees assigned to teach regular classes on more than one campus each day 12 for the entire school year may choose compensation for actual mileage, or access to a 13 District vehicle, or an annual travel stipend in the amount of $1,400, which is reviewed 14 annually. Employees assigned to teach regular classes on more than one campus each day 15 for less than the full school year will receive a prorated stipend based on duty days. This 16 provision includes nurses whose duties require regular service at more than one site.
