Level Four - Board of Education. In the event a grievance is not satisfactorily resolved at Level Three, the grievant may file with the Superintendent for transmission to the Board of Education, a Level Four Grievance Report Form setting forth the nature of the grievance and the basis for appeal from the decision of the Superintendent. Application to the Board must be made within five (5) days of the date that the Superintendent rendered his/her decision and presented to the Superintendent's office. The Board shall grant the grievant a hearing in executive session at its next regularly scheduled Board meeting or within ten (10) days of the request to the Superintendent's office.
