Level I. If the grievance is not resolved through informal discussion, the grievance shall be filed in writing with the Executive Director of Human Resources or designee. The Executive Director may call a meeting within ten (10) days after receiving the written grievance. Following this meeting the Executive Director shall have five (5) days to provide a written decision on the grievance to the parties involved.
