Level I. 5.2.1.1 Within twenty (20) days after the occurrence of the act or omission giving rise to the grievance, or within twenty (20) days of when the grievant or UFO could reasonably have known of the act or omission, the grievant must present such grievance in writing to the immediate supervisor (see Appendix E). 5.2.1.2 The written statement shall be a clear, concise statement of the grievance, including the specific provisions of this Agreement alleged to have been violated, the circumstances involved, the date and time of the informal conference, and the specific remedy sought. 5.2.1.3 Either party may request a personal conference with the other party. The immediate management supervisor shall communicate a decision to the grievant in writing within twenty (20) days after receiving the grievance and such action will terminate Level I.
