Level I. 11.3.1.1 Within 30 days after the occurrence of the acts or events giving rise to the grievance, the grievant must present the grievance in writing on the form mutually agreed upon by CSEA and the District to the grievant’s immediate supervisor. However, the grievant shall be encouraged to discuss the issues informally with the appropriate District official before actually filing the grievance.
