Level II - Formal Written Procedures. 12.4.1 A grievant must initiate a formal grievance by filing a completed grievance form with the employee’s supervisor within twenty-five (25) working days of the event giving rise to the grievance, or within twenty-five (25) working days of when the employee could reasonably have known of the event. Upon request, a grievance form shall be provided by the District. Relevant information obtained during Level I may be inserted. In cases where PSEA is neither the grievant nor the grievant’s representative, the District will provide PSEA with a copy of the written grievance within five (5) working days of it having been filed, and will further provide PSEA with a copy of any appeal(s) and written response(s) within five (5) working days of being filed or issued.
