Common use of Level II Immediate Supervisor Clause in Contracts

Level II Immediate Supervisor. Within twenty (20) days of the alleged violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of the specific provisions of this Agreement by the District which allegedly give rise to the grievance, the grievant must present such grievance in writing on the appropriate form to the immediate supervisor. The grievance shall consist of (1) a clear and concise statement of the problem; (2) the specific provision of the Agreement involved;

Level II Immediate Supervisor. Within twenty (20) days of the alleged violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of the specific provisions of this Agreement by the District which allegedly give rise to the grievance, the grievant must present such grievance in writing on the appropriate form to the immediate supervisor. The grievance shall consist of (1) a clear and concise statement of the problem; (2) the specific provision of the Agreement involved;; (3) the specific remedy sought, and (4) the names of the unit members allegedly affected by the alleged violation or misapplication of the specific provisions of this Agreement. The immediate supervisor shall communicate a written decision within five (5) days of receipt of the grievance.
