Level Three Grievance Procedure. If the grievance is not settled at the preceding step, it may be submitted to binding arbitration. Within ten (10) working days of the receipt of the Superintendent's answer, the party choosing to arbitrate must give written notice to the other party. Following this written notice, the parties will, within ten (10) working days, select an arbitrator according to the following procedure:
