Termination of Leave. Interruption of pregnancy will terminate the leave. Human Resources may require in such cases forty-five (45) days’ notice to return.
Termination of Leave. Upon termination of the industrial accident or illness leave, the member shall be entitled to the benefits provided for sick leave in the Education Code and this Article and his/her absence for such purpose shall be deemed to have commenced on the date of termination of the industrial accident or illness leave, provided that if the member continues to receive temporary disability indemnity, he/she may elect to take as much of his/her accumulated sick leave which when added to his temporary disability indemnity will result in payment to his/her of not more than his/her full salary.

Termination of Leave. A Teacher may terminate a Pregnancy Leave or Parental Leave and return to work upon providing the Board with two (2) weeks' written notice.
