Common use of Level Two - Board of Education Clause in Contracts

Level Two - Board of Education. If the grievance is not resolved to the grievant’s satisfaction, he, no later than seven (7) calendar days after the receipt of the Superintendent’s decision, may request a review by the Board of Education.
