Common use of Level Two - Board of Education Clause in Contracts

Level Two - Board of Education. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One or no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days, the grievant may appeal the issue to the Board of Education. The Board shall respond in writing within ten (10) school days of reception of the grievance.
