Common use of Level Two - Superintendent of Schools Clause in Contracts

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. a. In the event that such aggrieved member of the unit is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or in the event that no decision has been rendered within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance, he/she may file a written grievance either directly with the Superintendent or through the President of the Association or his/her designee. This must be done within ten (10) school days after the decision at Level One or thirty (30) school days after the occurrence of the event giving rise to the grievance, whichever is sooner.

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. a. (a) In the event that such aggrieved member of the unit is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or in the event that no decision has been rendered within ten (10) school working days after presentation of the grievance, he/she may file a written grievance either directly with the Superintendent or through the President of the Association or his/her designee. This must be done within ten five (105) school work days after the decision at Level One or thirty fifteen (3015) school work days after the occurrence of the event giving rise to the grievance, whichever is soonergrievance was presented.

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. a. In the event that such aggrieved member of the unit is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her their grievance at Level One, or in the event that no decision has been rendered within ten (10) school days after presentation filing of the grievance, he/she they may file a written grievance either directly with the Superintendent or through the President of the Association or his/her their designee. This must be done within ten (10) school days after the decision at Level One is rendered or thirty (30) school days after the occurrence of the event giving rise to the grievancedue, whichever is sooner.

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. a. In the event that such aggrieved member of the unit is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or in the event that no decision has been rendered within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance, he/she may file a written grievance either directly with the Superintendent or through the President of the Association ESAA or his/her designee. This must be done the chairperson of such other ESAA Committee established to administer the grievance procedure and directly to the Superintendent of Schools within ten five (105) school days after the decision at Level One or thirty fifteen (3015) school days after the occurrence of the event giving rise to the grievancegrievance was presented, whichever is sooner.
