Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. If the grievance is not resolved formally to the satisfaction of the grievant, or if no response has been given by the Superintendent or immediate superior within seven (7) calendar days after the informal discussion, then the grievant shall file the grievance in writing with the Superintendent of Schools within seven (7) calendar days after the Superintendent or immediate superior’s response or fourteen (14) calendar days after the informal discussion, whichever is sooner. The written grievance shall be filed in writing and shall include the following information:

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. If the grievance grievant is not resolved formally satisfied with the outcome at the informal procedure, the grievant shall submit his/her grievance in writing to the satisfaction of the grievant, or if no response has been given by the Superintendent or immediate superior within seven ten (710) days after said informal decision. Within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of the informal discussionwritten grievance by the Superintendent, then the Superintendent shall meet with the grievant to discuss the grievance. The grievant may be accompanied by a representative of the Union. The Superintendent shall file the grievance issue a decision in writing with the Superintendent of Schools within seven ten (710) calendar days after of the Superintendent or immediate superior’s response or fourteen (14) calendar days after the informal discussion, whichever is sooner.
