Common use of Level Two - Superintendent Clause in Contracts

Level Two - Superintendent. 1. If the grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the disposition at Level One, or if no decision is rendered within five (5) days after the presentation of the grievance, the grievant or the Association may appeal the grievance to the superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal to the superintendent’s office within ten (10) days after receiving the decision, or lack of one, at Level One.

Level Two - Superintendent. 1. a. If the grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if no decision is rendered he/she may, within five (5) days after the presentation of the grievance, the grievant decision or the Association may appeal the grievance to the superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal to the superintendent’s office within ten seven (107) days after receiving the decisionLevel One meeting, or lack of one, at Level Onefile the grievance with the Superintendent with a copy to the Association.

Level Two - Superintendent. 1. If a. In the event a grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the disposition decision at Level One, or if no decision is rendered within five ten (510) days after the presentation of the grievance, and if the grievant or grievance qualifies for Level Two of the Association grievance procedure, he/she may appeal the grievance to the superintendent Superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal to the superintendent’s Superintendent's office within five (5) days after receiving notice of the decision, or within ten (10) days after receiving presentation of the decisiongrievance, or lack of one, at Level Oneif no written decision was rendered.

Level Two - Superintendent. 1. (a) If the grievant or the Association aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Onelevel one, or if no decision is has been rendered within the prescribed time, he or she may file his/her written grievance appeal with the superintendent within five (5) days after the presentation signed receipt of the grievancelevel one decision. In the event that the grievance is filed, the grievant or the Association may appeal the grievance must forward to the superintendent by delivering a the grievance and written notice of appeal statement(s) as to why the superintendent’s office within ten (10) days after receiving the decision, or lack of one, at Level Oneresolution is not satisfactory.

If the grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the disposition at Level One, or if no decision is has been rendered within five (5) days after the presentation Level One meeting with the principal or immediate supervisor, or if the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievancegrievance by the immediate supervisor, the grievant Association or the Association grievant may appeal the grievance refer it to the superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal to the superintendent’s office Superintendent within ten (10) 15 days after receiving the decision, or lack of one, at Level OneOne meeting.

If the grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the disposition at Level Oneof the grievance, or if no decision is rendered disposition has been made, the grievance may be transmitted to the Superintendent. Such action must take place within five (5) working days after the presentation of receipt of the grievance, the grievant or the Association may appeal the grievance to the superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal to the superintendentsupervisor’s office within ten (10) days after receiving the decision, or lack expiration of one, at Level Onetime limit.
