Common use of Level Two - Superintendent Clause in Contracts

Level Two - Superintendent. a. If the aggrieved person(s) is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, within seven days the grievance may be submitted to the superintendent. The superintendent, or his designee, shall file a written decision within seven days after the close of the conference. b. If the parties mutually agree that the grievance will go directly to the Board of Directors, a hearing shall be scheduled with the Board within 45 days of the agreement to bypass Level Two.

Level Two - Superintendent. a. A. If the aggrieved person(s) grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Onelevel one, the grievant may appeal the grievance, within seven five (5) days of the grievance may be submitted level one response, to the superintendent. Superintendent. B. The superintendent, Superintendent or his designee, designee shall file schedule and hold a meeting with the grievant within five (5) days after receipt of the appeal and shall transmit a written decision within seven days after the close of the conference. b. If the parties mutually agree that the grievance will go directly to the Board of Directors, a hearing shall be scheduled with the Board grievant within 45 five (5) days of the agreement to bypass Level Twomeeting.

Level Two - Superintendent. a. If no decision has been rendered within five (5) days after the aggrieved person(s) Level One meeting with the principal or immediate supervisor, or if the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Oneby the immediate supervisor, within seven days the grievance Association or the grievant may be submitted refer it to the superintendent. The superintendent, or his designee, shall file a written decision Superintendent within seven 15 days after the close of the conferenceLevel One meeting. b. If the parties mutually agree that Within ten (10) days after receipt of the grievance the Superintendent will go directly to meet with the Board grievant and, at the option of Directorsthe grievant, a hearing shall be scheduled with the Board within 45 days representative of the agreement Association in an effort to bypass Level Tworesolve it.

If the aggrieved person(s) a grievance is not satisfied settled at Level One and the grievant wishes to appeal the grievance to Level Two, the grievant may file the grievance in writing with the disposition Superintendent within ten (10) days after receipt of the grievance at Level Oneimmediate supervisor's written answer. The Superintendent or his/her designee shall review the grievance, within seven days the grievance may be submitted arrange for necessary discussions and give a written answer to the superintendent. The superintendent, or his designee, shall file a written decision within seven grievant no later than twenty (20) days after the close receipt of the conferencewritten grievance. b. If the parties mutually agree that the grievance will go directly to the Board of Directors, a hearing shall be scheduled with the Board within 45 days of the agreement to bypass Level Two.
