Level Two - Superintendent. 1. To appeal the decision a copy of the written grievance shall be filed with the Superintendent, or designee. 2. The Superintendent or designee shall arrange a meeting with the grievant and/or designated representative and issue a written decision to the grievant and Association representative within ten (10) days of receiving the written grievance. If the grievant or Association is not satisfied with the Superintendent's written response or if no response is received, the Association may proceed to level three within ten (10) days of when the response was due.
