Level Two - Superintendent. a. Within five (5) working days of receipt of the written grievance, the Superintendent will schedule a meeting with the grievant and/or Association representatives. The Superintendent may, as his/her discretion, request that a member of the administrative team be present at this meeting. b. Within ten (10) working days after the meeting, the Superintendent will render a written disposition, including supporting reasons, to all parties.
