Common use of Level Two Clause in Contracts

Level Two. a. In the event the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his grievance at Level One or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he may file the grievance in writing with the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made within five (5) school days following the principal's answer at Level One, or within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance at Level One if no decision was rendered at Level One.

Level Two. a. In the event i. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his his/her grievance at Level One One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation discussion of the grievance, he he/she may file the grievance in writing with the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made within five (5) school days following the principal's answer at Level One, or principal within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance at Level One if no decision was rendered at Level Oneresponse. The grievance form can be found in Appendix C of this Agreement.

Level Two. a. In the event that the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his his/her grievance at Level One One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievancepresentation, he he/she may file the grievance in writing with the Association's Grievance Committeesuperintendent of schools. To be considered timely such appeal The grievant shall have representation of the Association present at the grievance meeting. The aggrieved must be made process Level Two within five (5) school days following the principal's answer at Level One, or within ten (10) school days after presentation receiving disposition of the grievance at Level One if no decision was rendered at Level One.

Level Two. a. In the event If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition set forth in the written decision of his grievance at Level One One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he he/she or the Association representative may file the grievance in writing with the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made Superintendent within five (5) school days following after the principal's answer decision at Level One, One or within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance at Level One if no decision was rendered at Level Onepresented, whichever is sooner. The Principal shall also receive a copy of this grievance.

Level Two. a. In the event (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his this grievance at Level One One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he may file the grievance in writing with the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made Association within five (5) school days following after the principal's answer decision at Level One, One or within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance at Level One if no decision was rendered at Level One.presented, whichever is sooner. Level Two. a. In the event 5.3.2.1 If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his his/her grievance at Level One One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he may file the grievance in writing with the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made within five (5) school days following the principal's answer at Level One, or within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance, he/she may file the grievance at Level One if no in writing with the Teachers' Rights Activities Commission (heal) chairperson within five (5) school days after the grievance decision was has been rendered at Level One, whichever is sooner. Such grievances shall then be filed by the TRAC chairperson with the Superintendent's office within five (5) school days after receiving such written grievance.

Level Two. a. In the event If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his his/her grievance at Level One within five (5) school days from the determination, or if no decision has been rendered reached within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he it may file the grievance be submitted in writing with by the aggrieved or by the chairman of the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made within five (5) school days following ’s Committee on Professional Rights and Responsibilities, to the principal's answer at Level One, or within ten (10) school days after presentation office of the Superintendent of Schools for determination. The grievance at Level One if no decision was rendered at Level One.shall specify:

Level Two. a. In the event (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his or her grievance at Level One or One; or, if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he or she may file the grievance in writing with the Association's Grievance Committeedesignated representative. To be considered timely such appeal must be made within Within five (5) school days following after receiving the principalwritten grievance the Association's answer at Level One, or within ten (10) school days after presentation designated representative may refer it to the Superintendent of the grievance at Level One if no decision was rendered at Level OneSchools.

Level Two. a. In the event If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his grievance at Level One One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he may file the grievance in writing with the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made Association within five (5) school days following after the principal's answer decision at Level One, One or within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance at Level One if no decision was rendered at Level Onepresented, whichever, is sooner. Within five (5) school days after receiving the written grievance, the Association shall refer it to the Superintendent of Schools.

Level Two. a. In the event If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his his/her grievance at Level One One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, s/he may file the grievance in writing with the Chairperson of the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made Committee within five (5) school days following after the principal's answer decision at Level One, One or within ten (10) school days after presentation the grievance was presented, whichever is sooner. Within five (5) school days after receiving the written grievance, the Chairperson of the grievance at Level One if no decision was rendered at Level OneGrievance Committee shall refer it to the Superintendent of Schools.

Level Two. a. In the event If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his the grievance at Level One One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he may file the member or the Association must submit the grievance in writing with the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made within five six (56) school days following to the principal's answer at Level One, or within ten (10) school days after presentation Superintendent of the grievance at Level One if no decision was rendered at Level OneSchools.

Level Two. a. In the event If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition decision of his his/her grievance at Level One One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he he/she may file the grievance grievances in writing with the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made within five (5) school days following the principal's answer at Level One, or Association within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance decision at Level One if no decision was rendered at Level Oneor five (5) school days after the grievance has been presented, whichever is sooner. Within ten (10) school days after receiving the written grievance, the Association shall refer it to the Superintendent of Schools.

Level Two. a. In the event If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his decision on his/her grievance at Level One One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he grievance he/she may file the grievance in writing with the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made within five (5) school days following the principal's answer at Level One, or Association within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance decision at Level One if no decision or five (5) school days after the grievance was rendered at Level Onepresented, whichever is sooner. Within ten (10) school days after receiving the written grievance, the Association shall refer it to the Superintendent of Schools.

Level Two. a. In the event A. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his the grievance at Level One One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after the presentation of the grievance, he then the aggrieved person may file the grievance in writing with the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made within five (5) school days following the principal's answer at Level One, or within ten (10) school days after presentation render an appeal to the Board of Education. The request shall be submitted in writing through the grievance at Level One if no decision was rendered at Level OneChief School Administrator, who will forward the request to the Board of Education.

Level Two. a. In the event If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his his/her grievance at Level One or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he he/she may file the grievance in writing with the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made Association within five (5) school days following after the principal's answer decision at Level One, One or within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance at Level One if no decision was rendered at Level Onepresented, whichever is sooner. Within five (5) school days after receiving the written grievance, the Association may refer the grievance to the Superintendent.

Level Two. a. In the event If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his his/her grievance at Level One or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he may file the grievance in writing with the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made within five (5) school days following the principal's answer at Level One, or if a decision has not been rendered within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance, he/she may file the grievance at Level One if no in writing with the Chairperson of the PR&R Committee within five (5) school days after the decision was rendered at Level One., or fifteen (15) school days after the grievance was presented, whichever is sooner. Within five

Level Two. a. In the event (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his grievance at Level One level one, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after the presentation of the grievance, he may file a grievance. If the grievance aggrieved person chooses to file a grievance, he must file it in writing simultaneously with the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made President of the Association and the Building Administrator within five (5) school days following the principal's answer at Level One, or within ten (10) 10 school days after presentation of the grievance decision at Level One if no decision was rendered at Level One.level one or fifteen

Level Two. a. In the event (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his grievance at Level One level one, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after the presentation of the grievance, he may file a grievance. If the grievance aggrieved person chooses to file a grievance, he must file it in writing simultaneously with the President of the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made , the supervisor, and, if appropriate, the Director of Special Education, within five (5) 10 school days following after the principal's answer decision at Level One, level one or within ten fifteen (1015) school days after presentation of the grievance at Level One if no decision was rendered at Level Onepresented, whichever is sooner.

Level Two. a. In the event 5.3.2.1 If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his his/her grievance at Level One One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he may file the grievance in writing with the Association's Grievance Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made within five (5) school days following the principal's answer at Level One, or within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance, he/she may file the grievance at Level One if no in writing with the Teachers' Rights Activities Commission (TRAC) chairperson within five (5) school days after the grievance decision was has been rendered at Level One, whichever is sooner. Such grievances shall then be filed by the TRAC chairperson with the Superintendent's office within five (5) school days after receiving such written grievance.

Level Two. a. In the event If the aggrieved person or persons is not satisfied with the disposition of his grievance at Level One One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he may file the grievance in writing with the Chairperson of the Association's Grievance ’s Committee on Professional Rights and Responsibilities (hereinafter referred to as the PR&R Committee. To be considered timely such appeal must be made ) within five (5) school days following after the principal's answer at Level One, or within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance decision at Level One if no decision was rendered at Level One.or ten
