Common use of Level Two Clause in Contracts

Level Two. 1. If the grievance is not disposed of to the satisfaction of the aggrieved employee at Level One, or if no decision has been reached within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance to the immediate supervisor, the written grievance shall be referred to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within five (5) school days of the disposition under Level One.

Level Two. 1. If A. In the event that the grievance is shall not have been disposed of to the satisfaction of the aggrieved employee at Level One, or if in the event that no decision has been reached within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance to the immediate supervisor, the written grievance shall be reduced to writing and referred to the Assistant Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee for Human Resources within five (5) school days of the disposition under Level One.

Level Two. 1. a. If the grievance is not disposed of to the satisfaction of the aggrieved employee at Level One, or if no decision has been reached within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance to the immediate supervisor, the written grievance shall be referred to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within five (5) school days of the disposition under Level One.

Level Two. 1. If (a) In the event that the grievance is shall not have been disposed of to the satisfaction of the aggrieved employee at Level One, One or if in the event that no decision has been reached within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance to the immediate supervisorPrincipal, the written grievance shall be reduced to writing and referred to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within five (5) school days of the disposition under Level One.

Level Two. 1. If In the event that the grievance is shall not disposed of have been resolved to the satisfaction of the aggrieved employee at Level One, or if in the event that no decision has been reached within ten five (105) school work days after presentation of the grievance to the immediate supervisorsupervisor and/or principal, the written grievance shall be referred in writing, setting forth in detail the exact nature and facts of the grievance, to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within five (5) school work days of the disposition under Level One.

Level Two. 1. If In the event that the grievance is shall not have been disposed of to the satisfaction of the aggrieved employee at Level One, One or if in the event that no decision has been reached within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance to the immediate supervisorPrincipal/Supervisor, the written grievance shall be reduced to writing and referred to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within five (5) school days of the disposition under Level One.

Level Two. 1. If the grievance grievant is not disposed of to satisfied with the satisfaction disposition of the aggrieved employee grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been reached rendered within ten (10) school days after presentation of the written grievance at Level One was presented to the principal or immediate supervisor, the written grievance shall may be referred presented to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within five (5) school days of the disposition under Level Oneschools along with a verbal explanation.
