Common use of Level Two Clause in Contracts

Level Two. If the grievance is not settled at Level One, it may be appealed to the Board by filing a written notice with the Board's chief administrator, the Superintendent, stating the grounds for the appeal. A meeting with the Board or its designated representative(s) shall be held within ten (10) days following the receipt of such notice and the Superintendent shall promptly notify the grievant and the Association of the date, the time, and the place where such appeal shall be heard. The Board's written decision shall be transmitted to the grievant and the Association within ten (10) days after the hearing.

A meeting with the Board or its designated representative(s) representative shall be held within ten fifteen (1015) days following the receipt of such said notice and the Superintendent shall promptly notify the grievant and the Association shall receive reasonable notice of the date, the time, place, and the place where date for hearing such appeal shall be heardappeal. The Board's written decision shall be transmitted to the grievant and the Association within ten fifteen (1015) days after the of said hearing.
