Common use of Level Two Clause in Contracts

Level Two. In the event the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if the grievance has not been resolved within ten (10) days after the date of the presentation of the written grievance in Level One, the aggrieved person may submit their grievance to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within ten (10) days of the receipt of the disposition in Level One. Within ten (10) days from the receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the parties and render a written decision.

Level Two. In the event If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his/her grievance at Level One, or if the grievance no decision has not been resolved rendered within ten 5 (10five) days after the date discussion of the presentation of grievance he/she may file the written grievance in Level One, the aggrieved person may submit their grievance to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee writing within ten 10 (10ten) days of the receipt of the disposition in Level One. Within ten (10) days from the receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet One response with the parties and render a written decisionsuperintendent of schools.

Level Two. In the event If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition set forth in the written decision of the his grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he/she or the Association representative may file the grievance has not been resolved in writing with the Superintendent within five (5) school days after the decision at Level One or ten (10) school days after the date grievance was presented, whichever is sooner. The Principal shall also receive a copy of the presentation of the written grievance in Level One, the aggrieved person may submit their grievance to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within ten (10) days of the receipt of the disposition in Level One. Within ten (10) days from the receipt of the this grievance, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the parties and render a written decision.

Level Two. In the event (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if the grievance no decision has not been resolved rendered within ten seven (107) days after the date of the presentation of the written grievance grievance, it may be filed, in Level Onewriting, the aggrieved person may submit their grievance to with the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within ten seven (107) days of after the receipt of the disposition in decision at Level One. Within ten (10) days from the receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent One or his/her designee shall meet with the parties and render a written decision.fourteen

Level Two. In the event the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if the grievance has not been resolved within ten (10) days after the date of the presentation of the written grievance in Level One, the aggrieved person may submit their grievance to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within ten (10) days of the receipt of the disposition in Level One. In the event If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his grievance at Level One, or if the grievance no decision has not been resolved rendered within ten fourteen (1014) calendar days after the date of the presentation of the written grievance, a grievance may be filed in Level One, the aggrieved person may submit their grievance writing to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within ten (10) days of the receipt of the disposition in Level One. Within ten (10) days from the receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the parties and render a written decisionschool.

Level Two. In the event (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the this grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he may file the grievance has not been resolved in writing with the Association within five (5) school days after the decision at Level One or ten (10) school days after the date of the presentation of the written grievance in Level Onewas presented, the aggrieved person may submit their grievance to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within ten (10) days of the receipt of the disposition in Level Onewhichever is sooner. Within ten (10) days from the receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the parties and render a written decision.five

Level Two. In the event If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his/her 21 grievance at Level One, or if the grievance no decision has not been resolved rendered within ten (10) school 22 days after the date of the presentation of the written grievance in Level One, the aggrieved person may submit their grievance was delivered to the Superintendent of Schools or hisPrincipal/ supervising administrator, 23 he/her designee she may, within ten (10) school days of after the receipt of decision or twenty (20) school 1 days after their grievance was delivered to the disposition Principal/ supervising administrator, 2 whichever is sooner, submit the grievance in Level One. Within ten (10) days from writing to the receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the parties and render a written decisionSuperintendent.

Level Two. In the event (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his grievance at Level Onelevel one, or if the grievance no decision has not been resolved rendered within ten (10) five school days after the date of the presentation of the written grievance in Level Onegrievance, he may file a grievance. If the aggrieved person may submit their grievance chooses to file a grievance, he must file it in writing simultaneously with the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within ten (10) days President of the receipt of Association and the disposition in Level One. Level Two. Within ten (10) days from the receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet employee may file the grievance in writing with the parties and render a written decision.Association within five (5) school days after the decision at Level One or ten

Level Two. In the event If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his/her grievance at Level One, or if the grievance no decision has not been resolved entered within ten five (105) school days after the date of the presentation of the written grievance in Level One, the aggrieved person may submit their grievance to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within ten (10) days of the receipt of the disposition in Level One. Within ten (10) days from the receipt of the grievance, he/she may refer the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with grievance to the parties and render a written decisionSuperintendent.

Level Two. In the event If the aggrieved person is person/persons are not satisfied with the disposition of the their grievance at Level One, or if they may file the grievance has not been resolved in writing with the Chief School Administrator within five (5) school days after the decision at Level One or ten (10) school days after the date of the presentation of the written grievance in Level Onewas presented, the aggrieved person may submit their grievance to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within ten (10) days of the receipt of the disposition in Level One. Within ten (10) days from the receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the parties and render a written decisionwhichever is sooner.

Level Two. In the event If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his/her grievance at Level One, or if the grievance no decision has not been resolved rendered within ten five (105) school days after the date of the presentation of the written grievance, he/she may file the grievance in Level One, writing with the aggrieved person may submit their grievance Association for review with a duplicate copy to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within ten (10) days of the receipt of the disposition in Level One. Within ten (10) days from the receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the parties and render a written decision.five

Level Two. In the event the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if the grievance has not been resolved within ten (10) calendar days after the date of the presentation of the written grievance in at Level One, the aggrieved person may submit their his/her grievance to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within ten (10) days of the receipt of the disposition in Level One. Within ten (10) days from the receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the parties and render a written decision.twenty-eight

Level Two. In the event that the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his/her grievance at Level One, or if in the grievance event that no decision has not been resolved rendered within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance he/she may file the grievance in writing with the Superintendent within five (5) school days after the date of decision at Level One or fifteen (15) school days after the presentation of the written grievance in Level One, the aggrieved person may submit their grievance to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within ten (10) days of the receipt of the disposition in Level One. Within ten (10) days from the receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the parties and render a written decisionwas presented whichever is sooner.

Level Two. In the event a. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his/her grievance at Level One, or if the grievance a decision has not been resolved rendered within ten (10) school days after the date of the presentation of the written grievance in Level One, the aggrieved person may submit their grievance to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within ten (10) days of the receipt of the disposition in Level One. Within ten (10) days from the receipt of the grievance, he/she may file the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet grievance in writing with the parties and render a written decision.Chairperson of the PR&R Committee within five (5) school days after the decision at Level One, or fifteen (15) school days after the grievance was presented, whichever is sooner. Level Two. In the event If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his grievance at Level One, or if the grievance no decision has not been resolved rendered within ten (10) 5 school days after the date of the presentation of the written grievance, he/she or the Association must submit the grievance in Level One, the aggrieved person may submit their grievance writing within six (6) school days to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within ten (10) days of the receipt of the disposition in Level One. Within ten (10) days from the receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the parties and render a written decisionSchools.

Level Two. In the event that the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his/her grievance at Level One, or if in the grievance event that no decision has not been resolved rendered within ten five (105) school days after the date of the presentation of the written grievance, he/she may file the grievance in writing with the Association or its representative within five (5) school days after the decision at Level One, the aggrieved person may submit their grievance to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within ten (10) days of the receipt of the disposition in lack thereof, at Level One. Within ten (10) days from the receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the parties and render a written decision.

Level Two. In the event (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his grievance at Level Onelevel one, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after discussion of the grievance has not been resolved he may file the grievance in writing with the principal. Such a filing shall occur within ten (10) school days after the date discussion of the presentation of the written grievance in Level One, the aggrieved person may submit their grievance to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within ten (10) days of the receipt of the disposition in Level One. Within ten (10) days from the receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the parties and render a written decisionprincipal.
