Common use of Level Two Clause in Contracts

Level Two. a. If the claimant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or no written decision is received within five (5) days after the Level One meeting, the claimant may within five (5) days submit the grievance in writing to the Superintendent. b. Within ten (10) days after receipt of the written grievance by the Superintendent, the Superintendent will meet with the claimant and the Association representative in an effort to resolve it. The Superintendent shall render the resolution in writing within five (5) days of the meeting.

Level Two. a. If the claimant grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at recommendation made in Level One, or no he may, within five (5) days after receipt of such written decision is received response, file his written grievance with the Superintendent and request a meeting to discuss the grievance. The meeting with the Superintendent shall be within five (5) days after the request is received by the Superintendent. The meeting shall be conducted in the manner provided for in Level One meeting, the claimant may within One. Within five (5) days submit after the grievance in writing to the Superintendent. b. Within ten (10) days after receipt of the written grievance by the Superintendentmeeting, the Superintendent will meet shall provide the grievant with the claimant a written response stating his position and the Association representative in an effort to resolve it. The Superintendent shall render recommendation for the resolution in writing within five (5) days of the meetinggrievance.

Within seven (7) days of receipt of the meetinggrievance form, the Superintendent/designee shall meet with the grievant and then write a disposition of the grievance, with a copy to the grievant, the Association President, and to the immediate supervisor.

Within seven (7) days of the receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent superintendent/designee will meet with the claimant grievant and the Association representative in an effort attempt to resolve itthe grievance.
