Common use of Level Two Clause in Contracts

Level Two. (1) Within ten (10) days of the disposition at Level One, if the grievant is not satisfied, he/she shall submit the grievance in writing to the Superintendent or his/her designee. (2) The Superintendent or his/her designee shall: (a) Meet with the grievant within five (5) days of receipt of the grievance; (b) Within five (5) days after the meeting referred to in (2)(a) above, submit a written response to the grievant, the appropriate administrator, and the Association.

Level Two. (1) Within ten (10) days of a. Level Two. Within five (5) days of receipt of the grievance; (b, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the grievant and his/her Representative(s) in an effort to settle the grievance. Within five (5) days after of this meeting, Copy I of the meeting referred to in (2)(a) above, submit a written response grievance shall be returned to the grievant, grievant or his/her Representative(s) with the appropriate administrator, and disposition of the Associationgrievance indicated in writing.
