LEVERAGE DETERMINATION PROCEDURE. 3.1. Leverage – a ratio of the amount specified in the Client’s order for the underlying asset price fixing during the position opening to the amount of margin security – is set in the scale of 1:1 to 1:500 depending on the category of the Client, financial instrument type, and size of balance. Maximum size of leverage for Clients: category “client” - 1:100; category “qualified client” - 1:200; category “professional client” - 1:500.

  • Termination Procedure Regardless of basis, in the event of suspension or termination (in full or in part), the parties shall cooperate to ensure an orderly and efficient suspension or termination. Accordingly, Contractor shall deliver to Purchasers all goods and/or services that are complete (or with approval from Enterprise Services, substantially complete) and Purchasers shall inspect, accept, and pay for the same in accordance with this Master Contract and the applicable Purchase Order.
