License and Certification Fees. If the University requires licensure or certification as a requirement of an employee’s position, it will pay the cost of obtaining and maintaining that license or certification.

If the University requires licensure an employee to obtain a license or certification after hire, or maintain a license or certification as a requirement of an the employee’s position, it the University will pay the cost of obtaining and and/or maintaining that license or certification; provided that this section will not apply to costs associated with obtaining or maintaining non- commercial driver’s licenses.
