Part-Time Position. A position in the non-competitive service having an irregularly scheduled work week (normally twenty (20) hours or less per week).
Part-Time Position. A part-time position is one for which the regularly assigned time is 21 less than forty (40) hours per week.
Part-Time Position. When the board decides to fill a vacant or newly created part-time position, covered by the agreement, it shall proceed by posting under subparagraph c) of paragraph 2) of this clause or failing this, under subparagraphs d), e) and i) of paragraph 2).
Part-Time Position. The position of the Executive with the Company is a part-time position, and during the Term the Executive will be required to devote only three-quarters (3/4) of her total working time, effort and attention to the performance of her duties and responsibilities on behalf of the Company, the parties acknowledging that such time and effort represents approximately sixteen and one-half (16.5) working days (on average on a yearly basis) per working month of twenty-two (22) days. While fulfilling her duties and responsibilities hereunder on such basis the Executive will, at all such times, faithfully, diligently, and to the best of her abilities, perform all duties and assume all responsibilities required of her under this agreement.
Part-Time Position. A part-time position is a position in which an employee is paid on an hourly basis for working a continuing, year-round work week of fewer Court work hours than a full-time work week, but one-half (1/2) or more of a full-time work week.
Part-Time Position. Any employee elected or appointed to a Part time position with the CAW shall be granted a leave of absence without pay provided that thirty (30) days notice is given the Company prior to the beginning of such leave. During such leave, the employee's seniority shall accumulate and the cost of the health and welfare benefits shall be paid by the Union and the company as follows: i For each day per week that the employee is absent from work as set out above, the Union shall reimburse the Company for five percent (5%) of the monthly cost of the health and welfare package. Clause above applies to Employees who work for the Union a specific number of days per week, or per month, but does not apply to those who are on leave for full time staff of the Local or National Union.
Part-Time Position. As a summer school teacher, you will hold the position of Part-Time Exempt Teacher in accordance with the specific terms identified in Exhibit A to this Agreement, the terms of which are fully incorporated into this Agreement.
Part-Time Position. At its option, the Employer may elect to create one (1) new four and one-half (4-1/2) hour position. This position shall be granted the one thousand five hundred dollar ($1,500.00) cash in lieu of ONLY (no hospitalization insurance), but any such employee in this position shall be given first preference for hire when any full-time position becomes available. The current four (4) full-time custodial positions shall not be reduced if this option is utilized.
