License to Game Content Sample Clauses

License to Game Content. Unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase, any license for Game Content includes the perpetual and worldwide right to use, modify, copy, and create derivative works, and, in the form included within a Game and inseperably from the Game, the right to display, publish, broadcast, sublicense, or sell (a “Game Content License”), with such rights being revocable as provided under the terms of this Agreement, and being limited to User’s internal business purposes. The Game Content License is subject to the terms of this Agreement, and may be granted to User by an individual Content Contributor, or by GRID on behalf of itself or on behalf of an individual Content Contributor. As a Game Creator, you acknowledge that your rights to use any Game Content under the Game Content License or otherwise are limited to those uses provided within or through the Platform, and that you have no right to use any of the Game Content outside of the Platform or independently of any web location or Game file provided to you through the Platform.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").

  • User Content Certain areas of the Platform may enable you to post comments, send messages, correspond with others and/or otherwise post content (“User Content”) in connection with various features that Spectra may elect to offer, such as information libraries, e-mail service, bulletin boards, chatrooms, electronic postcards, chats with special guests, e-mails, and forums to communicate with others (“Message Features”). You must use the Message Features in a responsible manner and you are fully responsible for all User Content that you provide to us or others. Your License to Us. By submitting User Content, you grant us and our designees a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, fully sub-licensable, transferable, license to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, edit, adapt, modify, translate, create derivative works, make, sell, offer for sale, export, and otherwise use and exploit your User Content (or any portion thereof) in any way that we want and in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. You hereby waive any moral rights you may have in your User Content in favor of Spectra and any of its designees. You represent that you have obtained all necessary permissions necessary to grant us those rights, including from any person identified in or implicated by your submission (including those shown in photographic content), and, in the case of minors, also from their parents or legal guardians, as appropriate. No Obligation to Publish. We are not obligated to publish, transmit or use your User Content. Spectra is not in any manner endorsing any User Content that it may publish or post on the Platform and cannot, and will not, vouch for its reliability. Spectra is not responsible for any User Content and has no duty to monitor User Content. You use any information contained in User Content at your own risk. Spectra and its designees have the right, in their sole discretion, to monitor, review, edit, remove, delete, disable, refuse, restrict, or terminate access to your User Content or the Platform (in whole or in part) at any time, without prior notice and in our sole discretion, for any or no reason. The obligations that you have to us under these Terms shall survive termination of the Platform, any use by you of the Platform, any User Content on the Platform, or these Terms. You will not continue to post any User Content that Spectra has previously advised you not to post.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • License Keys The Software, when used in production, requires a License Key to install or access it. You are responsible for the use of any License Key(s) assigned to you and must not share the License Key(s) with any third party. If your License Key is stolen, or if you suspect any improper or illegal usage of your License Key, you should promptly notify Acumatica of such occurrence. A replacement License Key will be issued to you and the compromised License Key will be disabled.

  • Licensee Data Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensee will be solely responsible for backing-up, and taking all appropriate measures to protect and secure, Licensee Data. Licensee acknowledges that Nuix may make, store and maintain back up copies of Licensee Data, but is not obliged to do so. Nuix will not be liable for any loss or corruption of Licensee Data.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

  • THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT The Website contains (or you may be sent through the Website or the Company Services) links to other websites ("Third Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (the "Third Party Content"). Such Third Party Websites and Third Party Content are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third Party Websites accessed through the Website or any Third Party Content posted on, available through or installed from the Website, including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices or other policies of or contained in the Third Party Websites or the Third Party Content. Inclusion of, linking to or permitting the use or installation of any Third Party Website or any Third Party Content does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by us.   • Modification of Licensed Materials The Participating Institutions or the Authorized Users shall not modify or manipulate the Licensed Materials without the prior written permission of the Licensor.

  • License Key 2.5. The Application Software may include an embedded security system which if provided must be used together with a license key. Customer is solely responsible for any cost or loss arising out of Customer’s failure or delay to renew the license key.
