Licensing and Compliance RequirementThe Executive shall file an application to obtain a finding of suitability as an officer of the Company (the “License”) with the Nevada State Gaming Control Board and the Nevada Gaming Commission (collectively, the “Nevada Gaming Authorities”), pursuant to the provisions of applicable Nevada gaming laws and the regulations of the Nevada Gaming Commission. The Executive agrees, at the Company’s sole cost and expense, to cooperate with the Nevada Gaming Authorities at all times, including but not limited to in connection with the processing of such application and any investigation thereof undertaken by the Nevada Gaming Authorities. In the event the Executive’s application to obtain a finding of suitability is rejected, this Agreement shall automatically terminate within sixty (60) days from the date of such revocation. Such termination hereunder shall be considered a Termination for Cause pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.1. Execution Copy
Licensing and Compliance Requirement. If required by the Company or the Singapore Gaming Authorities, the Executive must apply for and obtain a casino key or the necessary employee license (the “License”). The Company and the Executive agree to cooperate with the Singapore Gaming Authorities and with each other in applying for the License and in removing any objections that may be raised by the Singapore Gaming Authorities in connection with the granting of the License. Additionally, the Agreement is contingent upon the Executive fully cooperating with, and successfully completing, the Company’s background investigation pursuant to its corporate compliance policies and procedures, and if applicable, any probity checks by the Singapore Gaming Authority.
Licensing and Compliance Requirement. You have filed an application to obtain a finding of suitability as an officer of the Company (the “License”) with the Nevada State Gaming Control Board and the Nevada Gaming Commission (collectively, the “Nevada Gaming Authorities”), pursuant to the provisions of applicable Nevada gaming laws and the regulations of the Nevada Gaming Commission. You agree, at the Company’s sole cost and expense, to continue to cooperate with the Nevada Gaming Authorities at all times in connection with obtaining the License, including but not limited to in connection with the processing of such application and any investigation thereof undertaken by the Nevada Gaming Authorities. The Company shall use its best efforts to assist you in obtaining the License. In the event your application to obtain the License is denied, the Company shall reasonably pursue any appeal or other form of review permitted by applicable law. In the event your application to obtain a finding of suitability is rejected by the Nevada Gaming Authorities, this Agreement shall automatically terminate not later than the time specified by the Nevada Gaming Authorities, and in such event the Options shall be forfeited and neither the Company nor you shall have any continuing obligations to the other hereunder.

  • CONTRACT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT The HUB requirement on this Contract is 0%. The student engagement requirement of this Contract is 0 hours. The Career Education requirement for this Contract is 0 hours. Failure to achieve these requirements may result in the application of some or all of the sanctions set forth in Administrative Policy 3.10, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Compliance Requirements A. Nondiscrimination. The Contractor agrees to comply, and to require its subcontractor(s) to comply, with the nondiscrimination provisions of MCL 37.2209. The Contractor further agrees to comply with the provisions of Section 9:158 of Chapter 112 of the Xxx Arbor City Code and to assure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment in a manner which provides equal employment opportunity.

  • Monitoring and Compliance Every year during the term of this Agreement on the anniversary date of the effective date of the Agreement, the Restaurant shall provide to the United States a narrative report of the actions taken during the reporting period to remove any barriers to access and otherwise enhance accessibility for individuals with disabilities at the Restaurant and any plans for action concerning ADA compliance in the coming year. The report shall include as an exhibit copies of any complaint, whether formal or informal, received during the reporting period alleging that the Restaurant was not being operated in compliance with the ADA or otherwise discriminated against any person on account of disability. The Owner and Operator of the Restaurant shall cooperate in good faith with any and all reasonable requests by the United States for access to the Restaurant and for information and documents concerning the Restaurant's compliance with this Agreement and the ADA. The United States shall have the right to verify compliance with this Agreement and the ADA, both as set forth in this Agreement and through any means available to the general public, including visits to the public areas of the Restaurant and communications with Restaurant staff. The United States shall have the right to inspect the facility at any time, and counsel for the United States need not identify themselves in the course of visits to the public areas.

  • Listing and Maintenance Requirements Compliance The Company has not in the two years preceding the date hereof received written notice from any stock exchange, market or trading facility on which the Common Stock is or has been listed or quoted to the effect that the Company is not in compliance with the listing, maintenance or other requirements of such exchange, market, trading or quotation facility. The Company has no reason to believe that it does not now or will not in the future meet any such requirements.

  • Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.

  • Standards Compliance Registry Operator shall comply with relevant existing RFCs and those published in the future by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), including all successor standards, modifications or additions thereto relating to the DNS and name server operations including without limitation RFCs 1034, 1035, 1123, 1982, 2181, 2182, 2671, 3226, 3596, 3597, 4343, and 5966. DNS labels may only include hyphens in the third and fourth position if they represent valid IDNs (as specified above) in their ASCII encoding (e.g., “xn--ndk061n”).

  • COMPLIANCE WITH LICENSING REQUIREMENTS CONTRACTOR shall comply with all necessary licensing requirements and shall obtain appropriate licenses and display the same in a location that is reasonably conspicuous, as well as file copies of same with the County Executive Office.

  • Listing and Maintenance Requirements The Common Stock is registered pursuant to Section 12(b) or 12(g) of the Exchange Act, and the Company has taken no action designed to, or which to its knowledge is likely to have the effect of, terminating the registration of the Common Stock under the Exchange Act nor has the Company received any notification that the Commission is contemplating terminating such registration. The Company has not, in the 12 months preceding the date hereof, received notice from any Trading Market on which the Common Stock is or has been listed or quoted to the effect that the Company is not in compliance with the listing or maintenance requirements of such Trading Market. The Company is, and has no reason to believe that it will not in the foreseeable future continue to be, in compliance with all such listing and maintenance requirements.

  • E-Verify Compliance The contractor represents and covenants that the contractor and its subcontractors comply with the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the North Carolina General Statutes (NCGS). The City is relying on this E-Verify Compliance section in entering into this contract. The parties agree to this section only to the extent authorized by law. If this section is held to be unenforceable or invalid in whole or in part, it shall be deemed amended to the extent necessary to make this contract comply with NCGS 160A-20.1(b).

  • CEQA Compliance The District has complied with all assessment requirements imposed upon it by the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resource Code Section 21000 et seq. (“CEQA”) in connection with the Project, and no further environmental review of the Project is necessary pursuant to CEQA before the construction of the Project may commence.
