If full payment of this performance license fee, as set forth in the agreement below, or any other unpaid invoice for performance licenses or materials has not been received within ninety (90) days from the date this Performance Agreement was issued (or two (2) weeks prior to your first performance date, if earlier), this agreement shall be cancelled. Any attempted assignment without said consent shall be void and of no effect. The Authority may assign or otherwise transfer or dispose of all or a portion of this Agreement in its sole discretion and without the consent of the Contractor.
