If full payment of this performance license fee, as set forth in the agreement below, or any other unpaid invoice for performance licenses or materials has not been received within ninety (90) days from the date this Performance Agreement was issued (or two (2) weeks prior to your first performance date, if earlier), this agreement shall be cancelled.
