Production Date Changes/Cancellation. Licensee will PROMPTLY notify Licensor in writing of any and all proposed changes in Production Dates whatsoever, including, but not limited to, additional performances, rescheduled performances, cancellations, postponements, etc., all of which are subject to the prior written approval of Licensor. Please note that additional fees may be applied for any changes made. The following additional guidelines will apply in cancelling a licensed production:

  • Effective Date; Termination; Cancellation and Suspension Section 5.01. This Agreement shall come into force and effect on the date upon which the Development Credit Agreement becomes effective.

  • VARIATION, CANCELLATION AND WAIVER 35.1 No addition to, variation, waiver of any right or consensual cancellation of the Agreement will be of any effect unless in writing and signed by or on behalf of both Parties.
