Production Date Changes/Cancellation. Licensee will PROMPTLY notify Licensor in writing of any and all proposed changes in Production Dates whatsoever, including, but not limited to, additional performances, rescheduled performances, cancellations, postponements, etc., all of which are subject to the prior written approval of Licensor.
