Liechtenstein List of Entities. All procuring entities whose procurement is covered by the European Economic Area (EEA) Directive 2004/17 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 which are contracting authorities (e.g. those covered under Appendices 1 and 2) or public undertakings8 and which have as one of their activities any of those referred to below or any combination thereof:
