Life and Health Insurance Coverage Upon Exhaustion of Leave. During approved parental leave, after all earned leaves are exhausted, (except sick leave) the City agrees to maintain life and health insurance coverage for duration of the approved leave subject to any regular participation requirement of the employee. Thereafter the City agrees to continue coverage for the employee at the employee's expense.
