Common use of Life Insurance Benefit Clause in Contracts

Life Insurance Benefit. The VILLAGE agrees to continue to provide term life insurance on a group basis equal to one and one half times (1½ x) the nearest even $1,000 increment of the employee's annual base salary and to pay the cost of said coverage so long as the employee continues to be employed by the VILLAGE.
