Common use of Limit to Access Clause in Contracts

Limit to Access. The official personnel file shall be available for review only for District administrators and/or their designee(s), and to the employee or his/her written designee. One (1) copy of material contained in an employee's personnel file may, upon written request, be made available to the employee at his/her own expense.
