Limitation of Costs. The Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance that requires an expenditure of funds in excess of the amount of funds awarded under this Contract. If, at any time, the Contractor has reason to believe that the total amount required for performance of this Contract or a specific activity conducted under this Contract would be greater than the amount of funds awarded under this Contract, the Contractor shall provide reasonable notice to the appropriate Secretary. If the appropriate Secretary does not take such action as may be necessary to increase the amount of funds awarded under this Contract, the Contractor may suspend performance of the Contract until such time as additional funds are awarded.

Limitation of Costs. The Tribe shall not be obligated to continue performance under this Agreement that requires an expenditure of funds in excess of the amount of funds awarded under this Agreement or the RFA. If, at any time, the Tribe has reason to believe that the total amount required for performance of this Agreement, or a specific activity conducted under this Agreement or the RFA would be greater than the amount of funds provided under this Agreement or the RFA, the Tribe shall provide reasonable notice to the Administrator. If the Administrator does not increase the amount of funds allocated under this Agreement or the RFA, the Tribe may suspend performance of the Agreement until such time as additional funds are made available.
Limitation of Costs. The Parties agree that the maximum recoverable costs which may be awarded to the successful Party in the arbitration shall not exceed one half of the sum claimed by the claimant in the arbitration ("the Claim Sum"). The Claim Sum is the aggregate of the total damages specified in the Claimant's Points of Claim or Statement of Case, and the total interest so specified (excluding in both cases any sums which are not quantified) notwithstanding any subsequent amendment of the same.

Limitation of Costs. Subsection (c)(1) of such section is amended by striking ‘‘awarded to a contractor selected as part of a procurement’’ and inserting ‘‘under a con- tract’’.

Limitation of Costs. In accordance with the clause FAR 52.232-20 Limitation of Cost April 1984, incorporated into this contract, the notice required thereby shall be provided to the designated Procuring Contracting Officer by CERTIFIED MAIL return receipt requested. Failure to comply with the above notice requirement imposes the risk of continued performance on the contract without reimbursement to the contractor for cost incurred over and above the estimated cost or allotted amount stated in the contract.
Limitation of Costs. Osiris shall provide financial support for the Study in an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Six and 00/100 Dollars ($335,376.00) in accordance with the approved budget attached hereto as Exhibit B - APPROVED BUDGET and incorporated herein by reference.
Limitation of Costs. The total cost of performing the task under Article 2 of this Agreement will not exceed $130,022 (one hundred thirty thousand twenty-two dollars).
