Employees shall be entitled to grieve disciplinary actions not covered by this section through the grievance procedure set forth in Article IX of the MOU only; provided, however, that in the case of suspension of one (1) day or more but less than five (5) days, the City shall comply with sections 10.1 – 10.4 of this Article.
