Limitation on Number of Employees on Vacation at the Same Time. Only one (1) Maintenance Employee may be on vacation at the same time during student days. No more than two Maintenance Employees may be on vacation at the same time during non- student days and vacation will be granted based upon seniority and when the request is submitted (i.e,, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall grant vacation requests for Winter Break based upon the requests submitted by October 15 each year; for Spring Break based upon the requests submitted by February 15 each year; and for Summer Break based upon the requests submitted by April 15 each year). Requests submitted after the identified dates will be handled on a first come, first approved basis.
