Limitations on Rights of Owners Acting Individually. No Owner shall have any right to institute any suit, action or proceeding at law or in equity for the enforcement of any remedy hereunder or for the enforcement of the terms of this Master Indenture, unless an Indenture Event of Default under this Master Indenture has occurred and the Owners of not less than a majority of the Bond Ownership Rights represented to the Lien Priority of Bonds with respect to which an Indenture Event of Default has occurred have made a written request to the Trustee, and have given the Trustee a reasonable opportunity to take such action in its capacity as Trustee. The purpose of the preceding sentence is to assure that no Owner or Owners shall have the right to affect, disturb or prejudice the lien of this Master Indenture by his, her, its or their action or to enforce any right hereunder except in the manner herein provided and that all proceedings at law or in equity shall be instituted and maintained in the manner herein provided and for the equal benefit of the Owners of all Outstanding Bonds of each Lien Priority.

The purpose of the preceding sentence is to assure that no Owner or Owners shall have the right to affect, disturb or prejudice the lien of the Indenture by his, her, its or their action or to enforce any right hereunder except in the manner herein provided and that all proceedings at law or in equity shall be instituted and maintained in the manner herein provided and for the equal benefit of the Secured Parties. Nothing in this Section shall affect or impair the right of any Controlling Party to enforce the payment of the Debt Service on or Redemption Price of any Bond at and after the date such payment is due, subject, however, to the limitations on remedies set forth in Section 7.2 hereof.

Nothing in this Section shall affect or impair the right of the Owner to enforce the payment of the principal of and interest on or Redemption Price of any Senior Bond at and after the date such payment is due, subject, however, to the limitations on remedies set forth in Section 7.02 hereof and the limitations on remedies set forth in the Senior Obligations Intercreditor Agreement. In addition, any action by any Owner taken with respect to the Trust Estate shall only be taken in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.02 hereof and the provisions of the Senior Obligations Intercreditor Agreement.
Limitations on Rights of Owners Acting Individually. Subject to the Collateral Agency Agreement and the Intercreditor Agreement, no Owner shall have any right to institute any suit, action or proceeding at law or in equity for the enforcement of any remedy hereunder or for the enforcement of the terms of this Indenture, unless an Indenture Event of Default under this Indenture has occurred and is continuing and (i) the Owner of such Senior Bonds has made a written request to the Trustee, and has given the Trustee sixty (60) days, to take such action in its capacity as Trustee, (ii) the Trustee shall have been provided reasonable security or indemnity against the costs, expenses and liabilities to be incurred in connection with such action to the taken, and (iii) during such sixty (60) day period, no direction inconsistent with such written request shall have been delivered to the Trustee by the Majority Holders. Nothing in this Section shall affect or impair the right of the Owner to enforce the payment of the principal of and interest on or Redemption Price of any Senior Bond at and after the date such payment is due, subject, however, to the limitations on remedies set forth in Section 7.02 hereof and the limitations on remedies set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement and the Collateral Agency Agreement. In addition, any action by any Owner taken with respect to the Trust Estate shall only be taken in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.02 hereof and the provisions of the Intercreditor Agreement.
