Limitations Upon Architect’s Construction Phase Services. Architect’s services during the Construction Phase shall not be deemed Architect’s assumption of, or control over, construction means, methods and sequences or Site safety, all of which remain the responsibility of the Contractor. Architect shall not have control over or charge of the acts or omissions of the Contractor or its Subcontractors or their agents and employees.
