Limited Agency Relationship. Notwithstanding the Section of the Master Terms entitled "Independent Parties," Licensee agrees that, in obtaining Consumer Reports via the Licensed Application and in the processing and evaluation of Consumer Data from Consumer Reports by the Licensed Application for purposes of performing a Prequalification Analysis or making an underwriting recommendation, Xxxxxx Xxx, as owner of the Licensed Application, is the agent of Licensee, as that term is defined in the FCRA. As Licensee’s limited agent, Xxxxxx Mae will, and is expressly authorized by Licensee to
Limited Agency Relationship. Notwithstanding the Section of the Master Terms captioned "Independent Parties,” Licensee hereby expressly acknowledges, understands and agrees that, in the processing and evaluation of Consumer Credit Data by the Licensed Application for purposes of making a workout recommendation and otherwise performing an SMDU Analysis, Xxxxxx Xxx, as owner of the Licensed Application, shall be the agent of Licensee, as that term is defined in the FCRA. As Licensee's agent, Xxxxxx Xxx shall, and is hereby expressly authorized by Licensee to, obtain Consumer Credit Data for the sole purpose of making a workout recommendation and otherwise performing an SMDU Analysis. Licensee also expressly acknowledges, understands and agrees that Fannie Mae's role as Licensee's agent shall not extend beyond the limited purposes set forth in this Section, and, for all other purposes, there shall be no such principal and agent relationship. Moreover, Licensee shall in no way misrepresent to any third party the limited extent of this principal/agent relationship.
Limited Agency Relationship. 9.1 Broker and its registered representatives are acting as an agent of Seller for the limited purpose of providing introductions to Introduced Buyers and/or ROFR Buyers for the sale of the Securities and will not hold themselves out to any person as being an agent of Seller for any other purpose. Broker is not responsible for the actions or omissions of Seller in connection with a Transaction. Nothing in this Agreement or the nature of the Services or any previous or existing relationship between Seller, on the one hand, and Broker, on the other, shall be deemed to create a fiduciary relationship or agency relationship, other than the limited agency relationship described herein. Seller agrees that it shall not make, and hereby waives, any claim based on an assertion of such fiduciary duty or relationship. Broker is an independent contractor and this Agreement does not create any general agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or independent contractor relationship among the Parties.

Licensee agrees that Xxxxxx Mae's role as Licensee's limited agent does not extend beyond the limited purposes set forth in this Section, and, for all other purposes, there is no such principal and agent relationship. Moreover, Licensee will in no way misrepresent to any third party the limited extent of this principal/agent relationship.
Limited Agency Relationship. Notwithstanding the Section of the Master Terms captioned "Independent Parties," Licensee hereby expressly acknowledges, understands and agrees that, in obtaining consumer reports via the Credit Retrieval Module and in the processing and evaluation of Consumer Credit Data by the Licensed Application for the purpose of performing any authorized analysis, Xxxxxx Xxx, as owner of the Licensed Application, (a) shall be the agent of Licensee, as that term is defined in the FCRA, and (b) in its role as limited agent, may disclose or require Licensee to disclose (through reasonable, prescribed means) to consumer reporting agencies any secondary use of such Consumer Credit Data facilitated by Licensee’s use of the Licensed Application (including information relating to the identity of any secondary user). Licensee also expressly acknowledges, understands and agrees that Fannie Mae’s role as Licensee's agent shall not extend beyond the limited purpose set forth in this Section and, for all other purposes, there shall be no such principal and agent relationship. Moreover, Licensee shall in no way misrepresent to third parties the limited extent of this principal/agent relationship.
Limited Agency Relationship. This Main Agreement creates a limited agency arrangement between the Parties with respect to the custody of the Customer’s funds and only to the extent necessary for Layer2 to deliver the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Main Agreement is intended to, or shall be deemed to, authorize either Party to make or enter into any commitments for or on behalf of the other Party.

Limited Agency Relationship. DAC is authorized to act as an agent on behalf of IBM only to the extent expressly permitted in writing under this Agreement. In all other respects, no agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, merger or consolidation of IBM or DAC is formed by this Agreement.
Limited Agency Relationship. Notwithstanding the Section of the Agreement entitled "Independent Parties," Licensee hereby expressly acknowledges, understands and agrees that, in obtaining and transferring Client's Consumer Credit Data by the Credit Retrieval Module of the Licensed Application for purposes of enabling Licensee to make an assessment of Client's financial readiness to purchase a home and/or to engage in post-purchase counseling activities, Xxxxxx Xxx, as owner of the Licensed Application, shall be the “agent” of Licensee, as that term is defined in the FCRA. As Licensee's agent, Xxxxxx Xxx shall, and is hereby expressly authorized by Licensee to, obtain Client's Consumer Credit Data only for the purposes of making an assessment of Client's financial readiness to purchase a home and/or to engage in post-purchase counseling activities. Licensee also expressly acknowledges, understands and agrees that Fannie Mae's role as Licensee's agent shall not extend beyond the limited purposes set forth in this Section, and, for all other purposes, there shall be no such principal and agent relationship. Moreover, Licensee shall in no way misrepresent to any third parties the limited extent of this principal/agent relationship.
Limited Agency Relationship. Except to the extent a provision hereof expressly provides that the Authority will act as the Member’s agent for a particular purpose, the Authority is not the Member’s agent for any purpose.
