Limited License to Use Customer Data. Customer hereby grants to PowerDMS a non-exclusive, non- transferable, limited, royalty-free license, without right to sub-license (except to its sub-processors, as required for the provision of the Services), to aggregate, compile, and otherwise use the Customer Data, as necessary to perform the Services, to create Statistical Data and Anonymized Data for the purposes described in 3.3 below and as otherwise may be agreed in writing by Customer.
Limited License to Use Customer Data. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer and each of its Affiliates licensed hereunder hereby grants Provider a limited, royalty-free, fully-paid up, non- exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to Process the Customer Data in the United States strictly as instructed by Customer or an Authorized User and solely as necessary to provide the Services for Customer’s and such Affiliates’ benefit as provided in this Agreement for so long as Customer or any Authorized User uploads or stores such Customer Data for Processing by or on behalf of the Provider on the Provider Systems.
Limited License to Use Customer Data. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer hereby grants WISD a limited, royalty-free, fully-paid up, non-exclusive license to use the Customer Data as necessary to provide the Services for Customer's benefit as provided in this Agreement for so long as Customer or any Authorized User uploads or stores such Customer Data for Processing by or on behalf of the Provider on the Provider Systems.
Limited License to Use Customer Data. Customer hereby grants to Critical Response Group, Inc. a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, royalty-free license, without right to sub-license (except to its sub-processors, as required for the provision of the Services), to aggregate, compile, and otherwise use the Customer Data, as necessary to develop the Products and perform the Services necessary to fulfill the customer’s order.
Limited License to Use Customer Data. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer hereby grants Provider a limited, royalty-free, fully-paid up, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to Process the Customer Data in subject to the Parties’ Data Processing Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Schedule H, and strictly as instructed by Customer or an Authorized User and solely as necessary to provide the Services for Customer’s benefit as provided in this Agreement for so long as Customer or any Authorized User uploads or stores such Customer Data for Processing by or on behalf of the Provider on the Provider Systems.
Limited License to Use Customer Data. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer hereby grants Provider a limited, royalty-free, non- exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to utilize the Customer Data to (i) fulfill Provider’s obligations contained herein and (ii) perform various research functions to improve the Services. Under no circumstances will Provider transmit, sell, or otherwise transfer Personal Customer Data to any third parties.
Limited License to Use Customer Data. During the Term of this Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer hereby grants Service Provider a limited, royalty-free, fully-paid up, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non- sublicensable license to Process the Customer Data in the United States as instructed by Customer or an Authorized User and solely as necessary to provide the SaaS Services for Customer's benefit as provided in this Agreement.
Limited License to Use Customer Data. Customer hereby grants to CRG a non-exclusive, sub-licensable royalty-free right and license to aggregate, compile, and otherwise use the Customer Data and associated schematical and measurement information CRG may obtain in connection with its performance of the Services, as necessary to develop the Collaborative Response Graphics and perform the Services necessary to fulfill the customer’s order and to provide to various third parties for use in connection with servicing First Responder Organizations and other public safety purposes.
