Provider Systems means, with respect to each Project Service, the IT Assets, information, Software or other Technology owned or controlled by Provider or any of its Affiliates that is required for Recipient’s receipt or use of such Project Service.

Provider Systems means the information technology infrastructure used by or on behalf of Provider in performing the SaaS Service, including all computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated directly by Provider or through the use of third-party services.

Examples of Provider Systems in a sentence

• Customer agrees that Provider is authorized to monitor communications into, and out of, Provider Systems to prevent the introduction of viruses or other hostile code, to prevent intrusions, and to otherwise enforce the terms of this Agreement.

• To the extent permitted by law, Provider reserves the right to involve and cooperate with law enforcement or the appropriate legal authorities in investigations of claims of illegal or unauthorized activity involving the Service or any users thereof, violations of applicable laws, to protect Provider Systems and Provider's customers and to respond to any violations of this Agreement.

• Customer agrees that Provider may provide marketing and advertising collateral from Provider or third party companies on Provider Materials, Provider Systems, Service Software, and Customer’s Systems that are using Provider’s Systems, and Service Software in the form of text, images, videos, content packs, ads, links, wraps, banners or other means as decided by Provider to provide a monetary benefit for Customer and Provider.

More Definitions of Provider Systems

Provider Systems means the information technology systems made available to the Recipient pursuant to this TSA by or on behalf of the Provider, any Affiliate of the Provider or any Third Party Supplier, which are supported and maintained by or on behalf of the Provider, any Affiliate of the Provider or any Third Party Supplier;

Provider Systems has the meaning given such term in Section 2.2.4(b).

Provider Systems means the information technology systems made available to the Recipient pursuant to this MSA by or on behalf of the Provider, any Affiliate of the Provider or any Third Party Supplier, which are supported and maintained by or on behalf of the Provider, any Affiliate of the Provider or any Third Party Supplier;

Provider Systems means any of the Provider’s information technology in respect of which the Pebble Services are to be provided;

Provider Systems means the facilities, systems, networks and IT environments that are used to Process any H+H Information, deliver any Cloud Services or to otherwise meet any of Provider’s obligations under the Agreement.

Provider Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 12.3. “Receiving Party” has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1. “Regulator” has the meaning set forth in Section 12.5.

Provider Systems means any computer, computer network, computer application, imaging device, storage device, mobile computing device or software owned, leased or controlled by Provider, or operated by a Provider Resource, that processes Aramark Information or is connected to any Aramark Systems.
