Limited or Light Duty Policy. If in the determination of the Employer, the Employer has “limited or light duty” work available, the Employer shall offer such work to Employees who have appropriate physician’s medical release. This “limited or light duty” work shall be considered a temporary offering and not the creation of a new permanent position.
