Limited Scope of License. CableLabs shall require each sublicensee of the Licensed Technology to agree for the benefit of Licensor that the sublicense granted does not give any right to the Licensed Technology other than to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell and import Licensed Products. Licensor hereby agrees, for the benefit of each party granting a license to CableLabs on the same terms and conditions as this Agreement, that the license granted does not give any right to practice the patents and copyrights of any other such party sublicensed to Licensor hereunder other than as may be essential to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell and import Licensed Products.
Limited Scope of License. It is expressly acknowledged and agreed that LICENSOR is not granting any rights to LICENSEE beyond the rights set forth in this Agreement, and any rights not explicitly granted to LICENSEE hereunder are retained by LICENSOR.

Owner shall not have the right to alter, change, or expand the License, the Encroachments or Owner's use of the Town's Property.

Peerless is expressly prohibited from granting to its OEM Customers any right to use the Adobe Information delivered hereunder (a) for any purpose not expressly permitted hereunder or (b) in connection with any other development effort of Peerless, including but not limited to development under Peerless' Third Party Development and License Agreement with Adobe dated September 18, 1992 or (c) on more than one CPU or (d) to control the output from output devices other than Designated Output Devices, or (e) to generate output for more than one Designated Output Device at a time, without Adobe's prior written approval and subject to applicable terms, including additional royalty obligations, as described in an applicable Licensed System Appendix.

The License granted to the Owner is limited in scope to the following permitted use or uses: construction, installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of the Improvements on the Premises in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Development Plan and the Landscape Plan. Owner shall not have the right to alter, change, or expand the License, the Improvements or Owner's use of the Premises.
Limited Scope of License. With respect to any Licensed Software with a limited scope of usage (including as to the number of uses, users, machines, or locations) specified in an applicable SOW, CWT may use such Licensed Software in excess of such scope of usage. The Parties shall mutually agree on an equitable adjustment of Fees with respect to such Licensed Software to adjust for such increased scope of usage, in accordance with the pricing set forth in the applicable SOW. Such Fees, as adjusted, will be Vendor's exclusive remedy for such increased scope of usage.
Limited Scope of License. Any features for which Licensee has not paid the applicable Fee or any other unenabled features of the Program are unlicensed and Licensee agrees not to use or access such features. Licensor may unenable the Program or any part/features thereof during the term of Subscription License due to Licensor’s decision to discontinue the service or other causes.
