To Applicable Terms. If Learning Objects makes a material change to the terms of this Agreement, then Learning Objects will notify you by either sending an email to the Notification Email Address or alerting you via the Administrator Portal. If the change has a material adverse impact on you and you do not agree to the change, you must so notify Learning Objects within 30 days after receiving notice of the change. If you notify Learning Objects as required, then you will remain governed by the terms and conditions in effect immediately prior to the change until the end of the then current term for the Service. If the Service is extended under a new term, the Agreement will be extended under Learning Objects' then current terms and conditions.
To Applicable Terms. If Licensor makes a material change to any applicable terms of this MLA or a Sales Order, then Licensor will notify Licensee by either sending an email to the notification email address or posting a notice to the administrator in Licensee’s account. If the change has a material adverse impact on Licensee and Licensee does not agree to the change, Licensee must so notify Licensor via xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx within thirty (30) days after receiving notice of the change. If Licensee notifies Licensor as required, then Licensee will remain governed by the terms in effect immediately prior to the change until the end of the then current subscription term for the affected Service. If the affected Service is renewed, it will be renewed under Licensor's then current version of this MLA.

If Kinetix makes a material change to any applicable URL Terms, then Kinetix will notify Customer by either sending an email to the notification email address or posting a notice in the Administrator’s instance of Customer’s account. If the change has a material adverse impact on Customer and Customer does not agree to the change, Customer must so notify Kinetix within ten (10) days after receiving notice of the change. If Customer notifies Kinetix as required, then Customer will remain governed by the URL Terms in effect immediately prior to the change until the end of the then-current term for the affected Service. If the affected Service is renewed, it will be renewed under Kinetix's then current URL Terms.

If Site Industries, LLC makes a material change to any applicable URL Terms, then Site Industries, LLC will notify Customer by either sending an email to the notification email ad- dress or posting a notice in the Administrator’s instance of Customer’s account. If the change has a ma- terial adverse impact on Customer and Customer does not agree to the change, Customer must so noti- fy Site Industries, LLC within thirty (30) days after receiving notice of the change. If Customer notifies Site Industries, LLC as required, then Customer will remain governed by the URL Terms in effect im- mediately prior to the change until the end of the then current term for the affected Service. If the af- fected Service is renewed, it will be renewed under Site Industries, LLC’s then current URL Terms.

If Customer notifies EzoTech Inc. as required, then Customer will remain governed by the URL Terms in effect immediately prior to the change until the end of the then current subscription term for the affected service(s). If the affected service(s) is renewed, it will be renewed under EzoTech Inc.'s then current URL Terms.

If the affected Services are renewed, they will be renewed under Google's then current URL Terms.

If OnAsset makes a material change to any applicable terms, then OnAsset will notify Customer by either sending an email to the notification email address, posting a notice in the account login screen of Customer’s account or by publishing a notice of changes on the website xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx. If the change has a material adverse impact on Customer and Customer does not agree to the change, Customer must so notify OnAsset via written notification within thirty days after receiving notice of the change and Customer may terminate use of the Services. Customer’s continued use of the Service after notice of any change to the Terms of Service will be deemed to be an agreement to the amended Terms of Service.

If the change has a material adverse impact on Customer and Customer does not agree to the change, Customer must so notify Plot Boss, LLC within thirty (30) days after receiving notice of the change. If Customer notifies Plot Boss, LLC as required, then Customer will remain governed by the URL Terms in effect immediately prior to the change until the end of the then current term for the affected Service. If the affected Service is renewed, it will be renewed under Plot Boss, LLC’ then current URL Terms.

If the change has a material adverse impact on Customer and Customer does not agree to the change, Customer must so notify Vaizva via written notification within thirty days after receiving notice of the change and Customer may terminate use of the Services.
