Limits of Insurance. a. The stated limit for Personal Liability is the annual aggregate limit. This includes payments for personal injury. b. The stated limit for Medical Payments to Others is the most we will pay in Medical Payments to Others for all necessary medical services for bodily injury to any one person for any one occurrence. These payments are part of and subject to the Personal Liability limit.
