Limits of Operations. Lessee expressly warrants and agrees that it shall not operate the Aircraft outside the geographic limits set forth in the Insurance Policies (defined below), or otherwise operate the Aircraft in a way that would violate or compromise the Insurance Policies. Lessee shall use the Aircraft only for and on account of its business, and will not use the Aircraft for the purpose of providing transportation of passengers or cargo in air commerce for compensation or hire (except in accordance with the provisions of FAR 91.501), or for any illegal purpose.

Additionally, Lessee expressly agrees that it shall not operate the Aircraft or allow the Aircraft to be operated or located: (i) in any geographic area excluded from coverage by any insurance policy in effect with respect to the Aircraft or in a way that would violate or compromise such insurance policy; (ii) in any area to which travel or flights are restricted or prohibited by law; (iii) in areas that are war zones or recognized as threatened or actual areas of hostilities; or (iv) in any area which, for whatever reason, to a prudent operator of similar aircraft would present an unreasonable risk of harm to such aircraft or to passengers or property on such aircraft.

  • Control of Operations Without in any way limiting any party’s rights or obligations under this Agreement, the parties understand and agree that (a) nothing contained in this Agreement shall give Parent or the Company, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the other party’s operations prior to the Effective Time and (b) prior to the Effective Time, each of the Company and Parent shall exercise, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, complete control and supervision over its operations.

Concessionaire hereby waives any claim, and Department shall not be liable to any party claiming through Concessionaire, for damages, payment abatement, or compensation as a result of Department's actions under this Paragraph or this Agreement. Department's suspension of Concessionaire's operations shall be in addition to any other right or remedy available by law or in equity.
