Limits of Operations. Lessee expressly warrants and agrees that it shall not operate the Aircraft outside the geographic limits set forth in the Insurance Policies (defined below), or otherwise operate the Aircraft in a way that would violate or compromise the Insurance Policies. Lessee shall use the Aircraft only for and on account of its business, and will not use the Aircraft for the purpose of providing transportation of passengers or cargo in air commerce for compensation or hire (except in accordance with the provisions of FAR 91.501), or for any illegal purpose.
