Free appropriate public education means special education and related services that are provided at public expense and under public supervision and direction, and without charge, meet the standards of the Department of Public Instruction, include an appropriate preschool, elementary or secondary school education; and are provided in conformity with an IEP.
Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.
Student Growth means the change in Student Achievement data for an individual student between two points in time. Growth may also include other measures that are rigorous and comparable across classrooms.
Student media advisor means an individual who is employed, appointed, or designated by the District to supervise or provide instruction with respect to student media.

Forest management plan means a written plan prepared and signed by a qualified forester that prescribes measures to optimize production, utilization, regeneration, and harvest of timber. The forest management plan shall include a schedule and timetables for the various silvicultural practices used on forestlands, which shall be a maximum of 20 years in length. Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);
